"How to Style it like a blogger!"
How often have you found items marketed as..
"A Blogger Favourite"
For some reason bloggers are portrayed in the media as magical creatures that, with a half tuck, a few pins and a quick ruffle, can transform the most basic of basics into something edgy.... and utterly fabulous.
So, How DO real bloggers wear clothes?
Real bloggers wear clothes just like you and I!
I'm a real blogger, and I wear my clothes like this.
If YOU write a blog (or hope to start one) then you will be a real blogger too.... and you will wear your clothes how you love to wear them.
By the same token, if you never want to blog and just enjoy reading blogs then you are dressing "Like a Blogger" too.
It's a simple as that!
What I'm trying to say is there is no such thing as 'blogger style'... just the personal style of someone who happens to write a blog.

You will look like YOU.
Your own personal style will put it's own spin on the clothes, you can't fight it.
Your style is within you, in your personality, and effects everything from the way you walk to the way you smile.
Embrace it.
Accept it.
Love your (imperfect) self.
There is no denying that it is great fun to be inspired by blogger's outfits BUT, it's enormously important to only ever wear things that make you feel great.
Because, no matter how fabulous that dress looks on someone else, if it doesn't make your heart sing it just isn't going to work.
{AND... if the blogger/model has been pinned and photoshopped then you don't have a hope in hell of making the outfit work anyway... that's a post for another day though!}
How DO you dress like a real blogger then?
Pick clothes you love and wear them the way YOU want to.
Easy.
It was verging on sloppy before I added my sharp orange/red coat, and snow leopard bag.
Phew!
Is it a snow leopard pattern? I'm not 100% sure... please let me know!
In the true spirit of fake fabulous, I faked a smarter look with a couple of pieces that added zing to this plain outfit.
Imagine how "Yawn" it would have looked with a dark coat and plain bag?
Zzzzzz....
